when I'm reading, my hands sometimes itch so badly for paint i just have to put the book down and draw.

AMAZING! this is the first time I see u paint in watercolors. I actually liked it more than oils. Is it a new experience for u to use waters? Have u taken any courses for that? And my last question is, how much time do u normally need for a painting?
Excuse my questions but curiosity is killing me :P
thank you. no, i'm not new to watercolor, but i don't use it much anymore. no courses either, I'm self taught.there's no set time for painting, can be anything from a day to several to weeks... but in general i try to be quick so i idont lose the mood or feel that started me on it.
Thanks for the reply. Do u know any website that could help me in learning painting? I noticed that u paint in small canvas sizes, don't u like to paint in bigger ones, specially for those who are interested in purchasing some of ur paintings?
wetcanvas.com is a treasure, there are so much info and participating artists on board always willing to give a guiding hand. lately i do medium sizes more: 20 inch (plus and minus) but bigger is definately on my agenda. my watercolors are small probably cuz ive a stock of paper. but now im working on a bigger watercolor. about 20 inch and loving every minute of it. so there you go, bigger is my new theme! :)
